To define a WAN : A
computer network that spans a relatively large geographical
area. Typically, a WAN consists of two or more local area networks
Computers connected to a wide-area network are often connected
through public networks such as the phone system. They can also be
connected through leased lines or satellites. The largest WAN in
existence is the internet.

We can however help make yours work better.
WAN issues often involve setting up leased lines, configuring
routers, switches, terminal servers for outside access, and security issues.
You may also be have issues with Microsoft active directory domains
and domain security.
We can set up VPN's
or allow users access to data via
Terminal Server. You'll need a router and a firewall ; we like
the Cisco PIX/ASA for
both.
